Q: What is a machine made weft?
A: Machine made wefts are the most commonly made weft style. These wefts are made with a sewing machine and have been reinforced multiple times for durability. This style of weft can be cut for installation. Machine wefts are durable and do not have to be sealed, but to prolong the life of the weft, we recommend sealing before installation. Never sew through the weft during installation, for the weft can be damaged which will lead to shedding. Attach the weft with a looping or wrap-around stitch
Important: If a weft has to be cut, please always user a weft sealer at both cut ends to prevent shedding.
Q: Will the hair look exactly like the hair in the picture?
A: The picture is to give an idea of our hair's texture. There will be slight variations between the hair you receive and the hair featured in the photo, since each hair bundle is collected from an individual donor. We will select hair bundles that blend well together for you so that you have a very similar hair weave hair install all round.
Q: How long wills this hair last?
A: With proper care, this hair will last until you a long time - between a year and two years!
Q: How is the hair length measured?
A: Our straight hair is measured in its natural state, whereas, the wavy or curly hair is measured when stretched. You may want to add 4-6 inches when ordering a curly or wavy texture. Keep in mind your size and frame when deciding on a length. An 18" weave will fall longer on a person 5' 2" as opposed to a person 5' 11".
Q: How do I choose a hair color?
A: Our hair is only available in its natural virgin shade, which is a blend of dark and medium brown tones.
Q: Can the hair be dyed/colored?
A: All of our hair products can be colored or lightened. We highly recommend a color preview test on a swatch of hair to see how your new color will look. Most importantly, use the services of a professional colorist to dye your hair extensions.

How to care for my Remy hair.
Shampoo, Condition and Hydrate: Gently Shampoo hair in a downward motion working shampoo from the top down. This will loosen dirt and product residue, which can then be rinsed away. Conditioning the hair is vital to its maintenance. After thoroughly rinsing the shampoo, apply a generous amount if conditioner to the hair. Use a wide toothcomb, to assure even coverage. Rinse conditioner from your hair with warm water and gently towel or air dry. RHC also suggests mid-week conditions (Co-wash) if you lead an active lifestyle. Shampooing the hair is not necessary. Simply condition the hair in a downward motion, working conditioner from the top down in one motion.
*Always use shampoos and conditioners that don’t contain ingredients that are harmful to Virgin Remy hair. Shampoo and Conditioner should NOT contain the following (ammonium laureth sulfate, ammonium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, etc.). These common detergents found in shampoos can make hair frizzy and uncooperative. Hydrate the hair with a light, alcohol free moisturizer. A very small amount (dime-sized) on the palm of hand is sufficient for a full head installation.
How to style my Virgin Remy Hair.
Always keep your extensions tangle free by brushing or combing gently from the bottom up, small sections at a time. The more careful you treat your extensions the longer they will last. Support your attachment when brushing or combing your hair. Use heat and styling tools in moderation. Never use on high temperatures as this can damage the hair and possibly permanently alter the texture.
How to care for my Remy hair at night.
Put your hair "up" at night. Plait or pin-curl your hair before going to sleep. This is important in preventing tangles. Never sleep with loose wet hair, or it may tangle while you sleep.
